Dylan
Dylan on 60 Minutes last night:
So how did you write these great songs?
Dunno
Are you the greatest?
Dunno. Who knows?
What were you trying to say back then?
Who knows. Something, I guess. I just said it

A writing pedagogy of no-knowledge. Love it.

Dude,
Again Modesto Mouse and their big hit: "I Need Better Breath." Though, big hit is pushing it since 10 Austin folks (Austinians?) bought it...including you it seems...

Then what about this:

Ohhhh, MAMA, can this really be the eeeeeend?
To be stuck inside Mobile
being a giant aaaaaaa-hole?

Dear Smart Girl
That ain't him. That's Modesto Mouse. The early Spanglish version of Modest Mouse which failed miserably with their non-hit "Dirty Hot Dog Blues." It only sold in Austin.

Then how come he says:

Well, I asked for something to eat
I'm hungry as a hog
So I get brown rice, seaweed
And a dirty hot dog.
I'm an a hole

Answer that, smart guy.
